Switching Careers Without Starting from Scratch

You’re smart and good at what you do. You’ve built out skills through your experience that would be an asset anywhere. And by choice or necessity you’ve realized it’s time to make a radical change in your career – but you’re struggling to figure out where to start.

How do you decide which new career path to pursue? How do you know what companies are looking for? And how do you get them to notice you? Palette has been working with companies for several years to better understand how to support people through this transition.

In this webinar, Palette Cofounder, AJ Tibando, BA’05, will provide some insight and tips she’s gathered over the years on how to make this switch successfully.

Participants leave with the tools to:

  • Think critically about which new career path to choose;
  • Understand how companies evaluate mid-career applicants; and
  • Have strategies to get on a company’s radar to land an interview
