Elliott John 'Jack' Covey passed away at the age of 93. He lived in Chilliwack with his wife Maureen where they raised their four children (three children and one grandson are UBC alumni).

Jack was a teacher and High School Administrator in Chilliwack School District for over 40 years.

He was involved in his community over his many years, beginning with Cultus Lake Swim Club, teaching swimming in community pools, Chilliwack Rotary, Valley Huskers Junior Football, YMCA, and Gwynne Vaughan Park.

He is remembered and missed by many.
