Did you know that toxic relationships’ long-term effects are similar to drinking or smoking long term? That’s how powerful our close relationships can be.

Coming from a divorced and codependent household, I remember my parents frequently fighting as a kid. Now as an adult, I struggle with anxiety. I discovered that my defensiveness in fights is a result of learning my parents’ unhealthy fighting style. Through my parents, I saw how anxious attachment and trauma impacts not just yourself, but those around you too.

I have a frequent habit of journaling to help me understand my own thoughts and patterns. This helped me overcome unhealthy habits.

I am excited to share Attached, an app using the latest psychology research to help others navigate anxious spirals and build a healthier relationship with themselves and others.
