After graduation, I didn’t want to work a 9-5. Instead, I ended up working a 9-9, but I love it.

I’m the founder of Rocketbrew - a super-secret start-up based here in Vancouver. My cofounder and I started Rocketbrew the day after graduation, and we’ve been at it for just over a year now.

In the past year, we’ve raised a bunch of money and spent a bunch of money. We’ve launched two products, moved into an office in Kitsilano, and partnered with companies like Dr. Squatch and UBC. 

We just launched our latest product, Jeeves - your data butler. Spreadsheets suck. Well, spreadsheets don’t suck, but the formulas are a headache. I remember thinking there must be something like “Canva for excel” or “Notion for excel” but this didn’t exist. So, we built it. Using some AI magic, we built Jeeves to answer any spreadsheet questions without the formulas.
