I have just published a book entitled Sybele and Her Secret Weapons, which is a science fiction story with plenty of adventure and action. The novel is about a girl named Sybele, whose parents are kidnapped by gunmen sent by a notorious drug lord during a civil war. She manages to run away from her house to avoid being captured by the gunmen, and ends up on a remote desert island, where she is stranded for several weeks.

On the island, Sybele fortuitously discovers a meteorite emitting violet rays which could do lots of damage under specific conditions. Sybele plans to convert the meteorite into weapons she can use to take revenge on the culprits behind her misery and to save her parents, in case they're still alive. She is able to leave the island using an abandoned and damaged boat that she repairs.

Sybele successfully conducts experiments on the meteorite in her father’s lab and seeks her boyfriend’s help to create the weapons. Once the weapons are ready, she forms a team and infiltrates El Pedro’s den, where she hopes to find her parents...
