I’m excited to share that I’ve been promoted to lead the People and Talent initiatives at HiHello, the #1 digital business card app for consumers! Since joining as one of the first 15 employees nearly three years ago, I have had a hand in hiring nearly all of our existing team - an expansion that, as of today, is nearing 50 dedicated employees and contractors.

In this new role, I’m eager to shape our talent strategy and foster a vibrant, inclusive workplace culture. My experience at UBC, where I earned my MFA in Creative Writing in 2023, taught me the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and the value of diverse perspectives. These lessons have greatly influenced my approach to building strong, cohesive teams.

I look forward to leveraging these insights to attract and nurture exceptional talent as we continue to innovate. I’m proud to represent UBC in the startup community!
