Developing desirable workplaces

After we all adapted to the new normal of the COVID-19 pandemic, reviving the “old normal” by returning to former work routines or sites is a welcome relief for some — but not necessarily everyone. Many people emerged from the seismic shifts of the pandemic with heightened awareness about our personal values and their role in our professional lives. Consequently, new concerns have arisen: What kind of world of work do we want to build? What obstacles or surprises might lie ahead? What could, and should, the future of work look like?

Learn more about these issues in this webcast replay featuring Dr. Kevin W. Lee, an expert from the UBC Sauder School of Business, in conversation with UBC alum and adjunct professor Francesca Fionda.
