The family of Bob Stewart are sad to announce that he passed away peacefully in hospital in April 2022 after several weeks of illness. He was predeceased by his parents Freda and Charlie Stewart, younger brother Mike, sister-in-law Caroline, and grandson Liam. He will be dearly missed by his wife Suzanne, sons Martin (Christy) and Tim, brother Jim (Belinda), grandson Ryan, niece Robyn, and nephews Dave, Bob, and Duncan.

Bob was born and raised in Dunbar. He attended UBC, joined the Lambda Chi fraternity, where he became social chairman, and graduated in 1955 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He worked at MacMillan Bloedel for a few years before leaving to become a stockbroker, which was always his first love.

In retirement Bob and Suzanne enjoyed holidays in the Caribbean.
