Angela Swan has been appointed an Officer of the Order of Canada for her contributions to the legal profession, particularly in the area of contract law, as a professor, lawyer, author, and mentor. The Order of Canada is one of the highest honours bestowed on Canadians, in recognition of their significant contributions to the community and the nation.
